Monty and Larry demonstrated a genuine duty of care and total professionalism-I could not have asked for more. Monty, in particular, ensured that the handover of my new X5 fully met my expectations, making the whole process seamless and enjoyable.

Was made so special during the whole process. Fraser, Larry and the whole BMW team made my experience amazing. Balloons and a birthday card was also an amazing touch.

It would be 5 stars but I have a few unanswered questions that I have been promised replies to but nobody has been in touch. Mainly the service inclusive package I asked about more than once. I want to buy one.
