Although we originally shook hands on a car from a different dealership that turned out to not be available which was disappointing,. Monty and Larry worked hard to match the figure we shook on for a different car and I really appreciated this.

All the work required was completed as requested and the car returned clean. If I had any other comment it would be to question how the 'standard' investigation charge is applied if the fault can be determined in 15 mins.

Half a point down for some minor inconvenience. My driver customised settings were reset and my BMW dash-cam was as not refitted. I know these are minor..but would have been nice to get the car back in the same state as left.

unhappy at the lack of collect/deliver service which I received at the Bath site. I booked my service appt well before it was due but obviously need to give 3 months notice in future !! NOT helpful to an 80 yr old client of 25 years.

I gave my feed back to Derek Hendy. The day cost me around £30 - ins and fuel. The loan car was pretty dirty. It wasn't the £30 itself but the fact that i was asked to bring my car in due to a recall so I wouldnt ordinarily expect to pay anything.

Overall service experience was positive. Only complaint is when I asked to be put in contact with a member of the sales team that never happened and no one from sales ever came to see you across the whole 3 hours I was there which was disappointing.

Overall I was happy but, if I was being very critical, there was a fairly long wait to drop the car off in the morning and, on collecting the car, whilst it had been washed, it was very smeary and there were grubby fingerprints on the dashboard.

Great service as usually but i do find the cost of a basic oil and cockpit filter change to be far too expensive for around 30 mins work. I REALLY OBJECT TO YOUR PREVENTING THE SURVEY'S SUBMISSION UNLESS I MADE THIS A 5 STAR AS OPPOSED TO A 4!

It took over 3 hrs for an electric 'service'. As I understand it, this is a safety inspection, error codes read, possibly a brake fluid change, and a clean - I'm surprised it takes so long to do this. Unresolved faults highly frustrating.
