I was disappointed to discover no valeting service was carried out as part of the overall service and health check. This despite being requested.

I had booked a courtesy vehicle for two days while my car was in for a recall. I was kept updated regarding the progress on the vehicle and was informed in plenty of time that my car would be ready after day one. Fab service.

Sarah Davidson was lovely, chatty and looked after us with nice coffee and biscuits, very welcome after our early start and an hours drive to our service. Not all garages offer this service. Noel also looked after us well and with good humour.

Have to say the brake pedal seems a bit woolly and unless you pump the car does not always auto engine cut out. The car was washed, however it was a hot day and the car was actually less presentable than when I took it in, it was covered with water

Speakers are still not fixed after 2 visit with the same issue. Shakes on the steering wheel still appears. My car wasn't tested properly. I left bmw 8 series for 2 days and I was expecting better outcome. My warranty expires soon aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

cleaned the car with a product that tarnished the window trims and I had to spend a couple hours carefully polishing and repolishing them so it didn't look like the paint was ruined.

Need to be better at keeping you updated on cars progress. Car dropped off 8.40am, Arrived 3.40pm to be ready to collect the car once done, took until 5.15pm before a service advisor came to see me. Left with the feeling I had been forgotten about.

The service itself was good and Joshua was helpful, but gearbox undertray needs replacement which showed in the video but not the report. I asked for a quote twice and never received anything. Can't seem to be able to get it fixed.

The learning points are : 1. To make the whole process free, including the petrol for the courtesy car if it is only used to get home and back. 2. Not to use the recall process to find other issues with the which are chargeable.

The technician who worked on my car was Oscar Littlewood. His video was professional, detailed, informative. All work was carried out to an incredibly high standard. Oscar was methodical and extremely professional in his approach. Simply lovely!!

The service was to agreed time, for a reasonable cost and the staff were polite. However, I was disappointed with the unusually slapdash valet. Dripping wet when the doors opened, not cleaned behind the wing mirrors and several smudges.

On returning home and giving my car a clean, I noticed that the drivers side of the small boot lid spoiler which you had in to fix is still not completely fixed down firmly. the nearside is now well stuck down.

The cause of the problem was not identified. I'm aware it could be related to the 3rd party tracker that is installed in the car. However, the tracker company say it would not drain power from the battery. Stalemate with the customer losing.

I was disappointed that we had not been warned about the low tire tread on two tires when we purchased the vehicle. It has only done a thousand miles since purchase and two tires already need replacing, one with only 2.4mm left.
