The entire process, from initial enquiry to delivery at BMW Melksham was smooth and very well-handled. Nothing was too much trouble, I never felt rushed or pressurised and I was kept updated throughout the entire process.

I found the overall experience very satisfying - the person I spoke with genuinely cared that I was in hospital and was unable to sort out the MOT myself. I was very impressed by the fact the lady I spoke with genuinly cabout my personal predicament

Please see above, when my card has to be towed away I expect to be kept up to speed on what's happening with it. I had to phone around between BMW Assist, BMW Melksham and the breakdown company to understand what was happening. Very poor.

It wasn't a service, but video was good to see. Being charged for wheel alignment was a surprise.

MOT & repairs were fine. Service & speed very good. However, I would mention two issues. 1. The day after my oil light came on - I'm surprised this wasn't checked. 2. The valet was poor, lots of bits not hoovered & many dirt scuff marks not removed.

The car brake service was completed and the warranty items attended to within the timescale set aside. However the car had a complimentary wash which was only partially completed as the roof was still dirty.
