My 1 Series had a fair work to be done to it. After leaving the keys on their hands, I was given constant updates. They went above and beyond what I requested to be done on my car. Expensive? Yes. Reassuring? No doubt! Happy? Absolutely.

Dealt with Charlie Stanley who I found to be polite, friendly, and very efficient.Car was serviced same day which saved me a further return journey from Swindon.Unable to diagnose a fault but they are willing to have the car back again hence 4 stars!
